The $350
match package.
This package covers one team’s varsity volleyball match, girls or boys. Girls season is the current local focus.
Families can download the delivered photos without a separate purchase.

- I arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled varsity start. Coverage includes warm-ups, match action, celebrations and bench reactions, through the final point.
- 10 preview photos in 24 hours
- Selected, edited still photos ready for a recap or team post. They are part of the full gallery, not an additional set.
- A curated gallery within 5 days
- Typically 40–60 edited photos, including the previews. The final count reflects the match; a short match may produce fewer. Individual player counts are not guaranteed.
- Downloads and sharing
- High-resolution JPEGs for school and team websites, social posts, newsletters, yearbooks and family personal use. Digital downloads are included; prints and raw files are not part of this package.
- Local travel
- Travel within a 45-minute drive of Aurora (60504) is included. I confirm the venue with your match date before accepting the booking.

How do payment and booking work?
For the volleyball match package, the price is $350. A $175 deposit reserves the date after written confirmation and school access approval. The remaining $175 is due before I release the full gallery. If your school requires a purchase order, tell me in the request so we can confirm the payment arrangement before booking.
What if a booked volleyball match is canceled?
If the school cancels before I travel, you can transfer the deposit to an available date or receive a full refund. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the match, the deposit is refundable; later client cancellations forfeit the deposit. If I cannot cover the match, payments are refunded. If the match is canceled or stopped after I arrive, $175 covers travel and time on site; the remaining balance is waived. Any usable photos captured are delivered within five calendar days.
Who approves access and photo sharing?
A school or venue representative must approve my shooting positions and access. Before the event, we confirm any participant photo restrictions, how the gallery will be shared, and whether I may show images publicly. Venue access and a paid booking are confirmed separately.
How are other sports and events priced?
Send the sport or event, venue, date and coverage window. I’ll reply with a fixed price, the photo deliverables, delivery dates and payment terms before you book. The $350 price and the terms above apply to the volleyball match package; a tournament day, football game or performance has its own scope.
Are preview photos video clips?
Preview photos are edited still images. The volleyball package includes ten within 24 hours, followed by the full gallery within five calendar days. Video and posed portrait sessions are separate requests; they are not included in this photo package.
Can a sponsor or business use the photos?
The volleyball package includes school, team and family use. For other coverage, I confirm permitted uses in the quote. Paid advertising, sponsor campaigns, resale and merchandise require a separate written agreement.
