This repository separates one canonical set of operating rules from the adapters, skills, and hooks used by individual coding tools.

Shared working principles live once; tool-specific wrappers carry only what their runtime needs.

The public version is stripped of secrets and personal data so its patterns can be inspected and adapted.

The repository exposes the operating model, skills, hooks, and supported tool adapters.
