What this work does

This repository separates one canonical set of operating rules from the adapters, skills, and hooks used by individual coding tools.

Shared working principles live once; tool-specific wrappers carry only what their runtime needs.

I strip secrets and personal data from the public version so anyone can inspect and adapt its patterns.

The repository exposes the operating model, skills, hooks, and supported tool adapters.
