What this work does
Local Dictation turns speech into cleaned-up text in the currently focused Mac app while keeping transcription and cleanup on the machine.
Local processing
Whisper runs on the Mac and Ollama handles optional cleanup over localhost.
Graceful fallback
If cleanup is unavailable, the raw transcript is still delivered instead of losing the dictation.
