What this work does

Repo Health Check audits GitHub settings that source-code search cannot see, including stale public links, failed deployments, and old pull requests.

Why source search was not enough

The first audit began after 347 dead Vercel deployment records and a stale repository homepage were found outside the codebase; the same link rot appeared on seven more repositories.

Six concrete checks

Homepage links, branch protection, Actions, Dependabot, environments, and stale pull requests make up the current audit.

Portable command

The public script can audit an authenticated GitHub account or organization and emit a Markdown report.
